The complaint in this suit alleged that Courtcall, which gives notices to litigants; fellow tenants in the apartment building where plaintiff lives in Madison, Wisconsin; a local police officer; the Dane County District Attorney’s Office; the Governor of Wisconsin; and a former Prime Minister of Singapore; all have conspired to ruin plaintiff’s life.
